  • Healthy lifestyle choices.

    I don't believe in special diets or weight loss pills.  Healthier food choices and exercise. It takes time, but it works and becomes a lifestyle change.

    I don't know how you'd workout when you are peeing out of your a$$.  I've never taken Alli or anything...google it for reviews and you'll change your mind about the Alli.

  • I have never taken it, but my mom has a friend who did. It's basically a glorified laxative.  If you eat anything with fat, you immediately go to the bathroom. This lady actually shiit her pants in public. I would NOT do it!

  • I would never use a diet pill. Too many possible health issues, plus the weight loss is short term. There is no quick fix for weight loss. About 8 years ago, I gained 60 pounds in 6 months due to a medication I took. I lost it in 6 months doing WW and exercise, going from a size 16/18 to a size 2/4.

    ETA: I kept it off until I got pregnant 2 years ago. The key was that it was a lifestyle change, not a magic pill.

    Yep, I actually had friends that this happened to.  They would wear pantyliners and carry around spare underwear because they would get gassy and end up pooping their pants.

    It really only does that if you eat more than 19g of fat. Which is the amount you're supposed to stay under.

    I took it for awhile and just stayed at 15g of fat per meal and I never had an issue. I lost 4 lbs. in the first week, but I think it was just because I reduced the amount of fat I was eating. You can do that without taking the pill.

    I have never done a pill or anything like that before so i was curious bc im itching to start TTC #3. 

    Ive always been "thicker" but im at an all time high (well except when i was pregnant w the twins) Im about 20 pounds pp and about 50 from where i would love to be

    I really dont know my deal i live a very healthy lifestyle which is why i think i dont gain but i can never seem to loose!! One year (right before our wedding) DH and i watched everything that went in my mouth b/c like all of you that say "oh just eat healthy you will shed weight" DH was convinced i wasnt eating healthy enough.  So he made all of my food and counted every gram of fat, carbs, etc and even hired a trainer and worked out 6 days a week (DH is in VERY good shape and at the time was also going to the gym sometimes 2x a day) BUT I didnt shed a pound!

    The only way i have EVER been able to shed any weight is by eliminating carbs to nearly nothing.  which is not healthy or realistic.  Im at such a loss bc at night when i am getting ready for a shower and im staring at my gross belly and fat a@@ I think about doing drastic stuff like purging or not eating at all but then i realize i have 2 babies i cant risk hurting myself like that!

    Ugh! i hate this.  I wish i was like some of my friends and just stopped drinking soda and drop 20 pounds!

  • I took it.  It looks like the oil drained off chili seasoned meat in the toilet and is really gross.  If you eat even the slightest bit too much fat you really may 'oil' your britches Ick! 

    So, to put it really plainly, I do not recommend it.
