I think the Grovia AI2 are really trim but they only worked for us during the day because they aren't stay dry.

For OS I thought haute pockets were the most trim and our favorite pocket diaper.  They just fit DD very well.  I know they tend to get mixed reviews though, and I pretty positive they aren't made anymore so you can only pick them up used.  However, we really did like them.

For sized I agree with pp about Monkey Snuggles.

I find Fuzzibunz and Rocky MOuntain Diapers to be pretty trim.

 

You could also look into the Softbums Omni. It's an A12 with a pocket option.

I've found Swaddlebees OS to be the trimmest, but I don't like them. They leak for me almost every time!

Next to that, I find Fuzzibunz OS to be fairly trim, and they almost never leak, so they are my faves.
