Poll: What to get for babysitter for Xmas?

Sorry its not clicky, but I figured this was the best way to get ideas. What should we get for our babysitter for Christmas? She is an awesome sitter and we want to get her something nice that she'd appreciate. We were thinking money or a gift card but if you have ideas other than that I'm open to them!

For someone like that I like to do cash with a more personal smaller gift.  How old is she?

I'd do cash too, or a coffee shop gift card. If she's into that sort of thing.

How old is the sitter? 

I think a giftcard with a note/card thanking her for her work and telling her how important she is to you is perfect.
