Ok...i just saw this in a friend's album on FB. His friend is an EMS driver and was fooling around with the camera and took this picture. I'd think it was fake if it wasn't first hand (and even so I'm still second guessing, but he really has no reason to lie):

Creepy, but I'm such a skeptic when it comes to other people and that sort of thing that I wonder if I would doubt my own husband sometimes if he took  something like this.
