xmas stockings

Just curious, those of you buying your baby their first Christmas stocking this year, where are you buying it from?  I really like potterybarn kids and like that I can get her name on it but wanted to know if any one found a better deal.

I ordered one from personalcreations.com  It is personalized with her name on it.  The actual price wasn't bad, but it wasn't until AFTER I completed the transaction that it showed me the shipping price and there was a personalization fee...I was ticked, but it turned out super cute!

I bought four at pottery barn a few years ago, and had three of them embroidered, knowing we'd be trying for another kid soon.  Now I need to figure out if they'll embroider my last one with DD's name if I send it back, or if someone I know can do it.

I have a beautiful needlepoint stocking that my grandmother made me when I was born so I wanted something that would coordinate for DH and DS. I ordered these from JCP. They're only 14.99 plus if you use the code 4NICEVIP you get an extra 20%off through 11/15, and free shipping if you spend over $69.

I ordered a needlepoint stocking from JCPenney and I really like it.  It was on sale and I used a coupon to get it for $19 including personalization.  They're running free site to store shipping right now too.

Pottery Barn had a great deal recently with free monogramming and free shipping, so I ordered her's from there. I think it ended up being $17.

I did pottery barn as well. Man, I missed the free monogramming deal though, but got free shipping. They were quite expensive. I got the one below and the white one like it. If you get the green one though, don't do light green monogramming like is shown. You can barely see it. I'm really disappointed and the preview online looked way better. My mom is going to hand stitch around it now with some lighter thread to help it stand out. They shouldn't have even offered that color for that stocking!
