Venting here so I don't snap at DH...

I very rarely complain about my husband because he's amazing, and really, it's not fair to go bashing him behind his back on an internet board.

But....this morning he left a mug of (cold) coffee on the arm of the couch. DS pulled it down and it splashed on the side of the couch and pooled on our cream colored carpets.  

He does not seem to understand why I think it's his fault and not DS's fault! What if it had been hot coffee? Sometimes he just doesn't think about where he leaves things and then is surprised when they end up in DS's hands....

Oh yeah, I'd be upset with DH. Especially if he tried to say that it wasn't his fault! How is it not his fault??

Oh man, I'd be so pissed!  But mistakes do happen.  Hopefully he's learned his lesson.  Can't cry over spilled milk.
