Cradle Cap

my LO just developed what I believe is cradle cap, the top of his head has a yellowish tint to it and feels bumpy...has anyone else experienced this? how do I get rid of it? TIA

    Ugh- DD had it too. I found putting a little baby oil or olive oil on it about 10 minutes before bath, then a good shampoo, then a brush with a baby comb to loosen it up helped. I seem to remember it took about a week to clear it all up and we would wash her hair every day, even if we skipped the bath. DD even got it in her eyebrows, so I sympathize.

    I was told Paul Mitchell Baby Shampoo is a blessing. I guess you can get it at Cost Cutters or any salon, but it will take care of things super fast!

    we did the oil trick and it removed it but kept coming back. my almost 2 yr old still gets patches now and then. I HATE CRADLE CAP. ugh
    Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months. Lilypie First Birthday tickers
