Anyone know about "Waiver of accounting"

When it deals with an estate. Would you sign it?

    If you sign it, it will speed along the process of closing an estate.  I would only sign it if the estate was really simple (no complex accounting issues) and I trusted the executor. 

    As you know, though, I'm not a lawyer.  ;)

    We dont trust the head of the estate. Guess dh won't be signing that one. On the upside though the house has a solid bid on it.
