I think most people do it online (Etsy, Snapfish, Kodak gallery, VistaPrint, etc--just google photo cards and you'll find all kinds of places), and upload their own picture.
We got ours from Snapfish (we did ship to store, and they were printed and picked up at Walmart)
I think I spent about $45 on 80 cards. That's definitely on the cheap end of the spectrum though.
