I've already made Brown Sugar Mashed Sweet potatoes, Cornbread Apple Sausage Stuffing, and Bacon Mac and Cheese to throw in the freezer! Next I'll make the Bacon Green Beans. The plan is to make the sides ahead of time and freeze them in the foil containers, then just bake them all at the same time the day of! I'm not gonna make a big turkey this year since it'll be so hard to lift a steaming 20lb turkey in and out of the oven and I'll be alone before everyone comes over, so I'm just going to by 5 or 6 turkey breasts and make them in my big slow cooker! Then I've delegated out the ham, desserts, bread and garlic mash and will make the cranberry sauce and gravy the day of. Making a little bit at a time now will make things SO much easier later. I can't wait!
