I'd never heard of a baby nest before. Looks similar to a k'tan to me. I worry about the back support for a larger baby, but it's definitely more convenient than doing and undoing the wrap, which is what I find to be a pain about the moby (I have a sleepy, which is like a moby, but with different material). It also looks more convenient for nursing -- I can't figure out how to nurse in my wrap.
I'd check out opinions on the Attachment Parenting Board and maybe compare the nest to the k'tan?
I have both and I preferred the My Baby Nest over the Moby when LO was 0-7 months old. Around 7 months I switched to a woven wrap for more support. Both the Moby and My Baby Nest are stretchy so as LO gets heavier, they tend to stretch and sag. Stretchy wraps are nice when your LO is little because they are so snuggly and comfy. However, if you plan on wrapping for longer than the first six months, it might be better to invest in a woven wrap. In the pictures below you can see just how much more supportive the woven wrap is over the stretchy wrap.
