So let me preface this by saying that the FIRST question I asked when I called yesterday was whether the second sofa cover had been shipped separately, and just hadn't arrived yet. The customer service rep was adamant that the second one never shipped out. Guess what UPS brought me this afternoon?? The OTHER sofa cover! I'm happy it came, but had she just correctly answered my question, it would have saved a lot of time and aggravation!!

I had to call Target c/s this morning since they sent me an email saying something in my shipment would be delayed, but didn't specify what it was. I was praying it wasn't my new digital camera and called and the lady was so nice and helpful. And you're right - they do outsource. The lady I spoke with was in the Caribbean. Go figure.
