Had my weekly appointment and there was absolutely NO change in my cervical length! Woooo! AAAAAANNNNNDDDDDDD.... the doctor said I can even go out to dinner one night, as long as I get dropped off and picked up at the door and stay seated the entire dinner (cause I would eat standing????). So, this week I'm going out for dinner! SWEEEEEEET! haha Yay for social interaction!
Re: Good for another week!
Yay!! What is your cervical length measuring? I go back tomorrow for a follow up cervical scan and a growth ultrasound...praying for the same results!! It's held steady the last 2 weeks so we'll see
Enjoy your dinner out!! I enjoy my once a week outings, other then Dr's appts
Measuring at 1.87cm's
Not much, but it's there! I go next week for another u/s and in 2 weeks for a growth scan and u/s... then I start the digital exams
Not looking forward to that at 33 weeks. But they did say that at 34 weeks, I don't need 24/7 care - I can get up to get my own food/drinks - just no lifting, pulling, or pushing, and at 36 weeks there are no more restrictions except for no lifting more than 10lbs - I can go to the store, out to dinner, etc. I can't wait til 36 weeks haha
I've been at 1.6-1.7 the last two weeks, still no funneling and very minimal dialation....you were 2 cm dialated right. I'm curious as to what his plan will be as far as follow up's. I'm assuming I'll still go every week until 34 weeks but I have no clue. I'm looking forward to 34 and 36 weeks too.....at this point I'm only up for an hour total a day, and that's for bathroom runs, letting the dog out and grabbing a quick bite...other then days I'm at the Dr. 36 weeks will be great b/c atleast I'll get to go to stores during the holidays which I'm missing right now!!!
How long are you on the procardia for? I think my prescription takes me to 38 weeks but everything I've read said that you only need it until 36 weeks...my progesterone shots go until 34-35 I think
Yup, I was 2cm dilated. I'm hoping I haven't gone more than that... but I don't have funneling either, so that's a good thing!
I think my prescription takes me to 38 weeks as well, but I'll ask them when I can stop taking it. I imagine since my practice considers 37 weeks term, I wouldn't need to take it after that... but I'm not sure.
GL at your appts!
Thanks you too!
