I'll try my best to refrain from daily posts on m/s --- but holy crap, its not only last night that I had it, but this morning as well. At least I can still eat, and I'm only dry heaving like a champion.
UGhhhhh I'm so sorry!!!!! I was praying I wouldn't get morning sickness and luckily I haven't thrown up yet but I feel nauseous for about 90% of my day
awwww!!! That is the WORST! With my son I ate frozen grapes during my worst part of m/s. Something about the cold really helped. Just lightly bit on the skin and kind of sucked on them. They really helped. FEEL BETTER!
Mother to beautiful 7 year old son, and little girl born in July
I feel ya, I know my DH is sooo sick of hearing me complain as well, but its just non stop nausea and a constant attempt to avoid anything that smells....esp. coworkers warming up their lunches...i spend my lunch hour with my head in the trash....in fact I'm starting to think I should just move my computer to floor so I can work while I'm dry heaving most of the day...lol come on second trimester!!!!:) Hang in there.....
Oh my good friend who had bad morning sickness said to try Cheerios and Jolly ranchers....I'm trying it today for the first time...I still feel very nauseated however haven't dry heaved yet..
