More like fell. He didn't hurt himself, but obviously we have to transition to a toddler bed. We don't have a video monitor, so I can't really see what he's doing in there. I know he was getting good at climbing, I feel so bad.
Anyway, my question is about converting our crib. We have a drop-side crib that can be converted to a day bed or a toddler bed with rail. I do not have the rail, but I could buy one. DH seems to think it would be fine as a day bed. I'm afraid Caleb will roll out, and its not nearly as low to the ground as a toddler bed would be. WDYT?
I'm so not ready for this transition! I hope it will go easier than I expect.
