Eco-Friendly Family

Dear pest inspector,

When we said we could hear rats (or some kind of small critter) in the attic above our bedroom, it was because we could.  They are not hanging out on our roof having some kind of party, sunning themselves.  Just because you didn't want to get your little suit on and climb into that small space up there doesn't mean we don't still have a problem.  Just because you couldn't see a hole on your limited visual examination, doesn't mean there isn't one.  Lastly, the fact that our contractor found a dead rat up there in July should have signaled to you that it was possible for them to get in there.

Now we have to call another company.  Thank you very much for your complete lack of help and common sense.

Re: Dear pest inspector,

  • Ugh how frustrating! Hopefully someone else can get in there properly and figure out what is going on.

Thankfully we didn't pay anything.  It was like the guy didn't want our business.  The rats are gnawing on our wiring and insulation as I write this, having litters upon litters of baby rats, etc.  Aargh!!
