We did last year, and we will again. It was so much fun to see her face with all of the toys that were under the tree. We went WAY overboard last year so there were a ton under there. Not going to happen this year!!
I'm still trying to decide if I'm even going to wrap his presents. My friends family always had separate piles for the kids of their gifts, not wrapped. So every present was from Santa. I like that idea because growing up my parents would write "from Santa" but once I was able to recognize their handwriting, I knew there was no Santa. I know we have a while before that but for that reason, and the fact that we wouldn't be wasting trees on wrapping paper, I'm thinking of going that route. We'll see!
We haven't officially decided, but I think that Anne will get a stocking "from Santa" and then we'll start Santa gifts next year to establish the tradition from a young age.
We don't do Santa, but the ILs do, so when they send gifts, usually one is wrapped "from Santa" and the rest are from them. They did it that way for their kids, and in fact still do, so DH is still getting a gift "from Santa" each year.
DD definitely knows who Santa is (impossible to avoid mainstream holidays/traditions in this culture) but we are trying to teach her about St. Nicholas and where the Santa thing came from, etc etc.
We will, and we did last year too. We just decided that her big toy and her stocking are from Santa. We basically decided this so we can have her big item put together and not have to wrap it. We didn't attach a gift tag or anything either, but might when she's a bit older.
We've been talking about this a lot lately, and DH wants her "big" present each year to come from Santa. I don't know how I feel about it exactly, but would like to start some sort of tradition.

Did and will. We didn't when he was 3 months, but then again there were no other kids around who would have known the difference. Now there are 3 grandkids, so Santa will even bring presents for E, even though he won't know what's going on.
We did last year, and I thought J wouldn't get it, but he sort of did, and it was VERY fun for us and the inlaws (where we were staying).
We have always done all of the presents from "Santa". That is how my parents and DH's parents did it as well so I guess we never thought twice about it.
We do St. Nick and Santa. We did St. Nick every year, and just did Santa his 2nd Christmas. Jackson's first Christmas he was only 2.5m old, so we just got him something small.
Anyway, we do one big gift, with maybe some small gifts that "go with" the big gift from Santa and then everything else is from us. St. Nick brings a stocking with an ornament, Christmas books, candy and Christmas pjs on Dec. 6th.
We will do Santa for Scarlett this year just because Jackson will question it if we don't. OH and I need to get a Santa bag for Scarlett - Jackson has one with his name on it from PBK and Scarlett will need one too to keep it up for Jackson. I try to find something wooden for the Santa gifts - or something handmade. Scarlett will probably get a doll or stuffed animal from etsy and some blocks. Jackson's getting this:
