prometrium success stories, please!

I have been TTC for 7 cylces and have a very short (6-7 day) luteal phase and will be starting Prometrium for 10 days after ovulation this cycle.  Can anyone share their experience and success with this?  Did you do a HPT before stopping at after 10 days? TIA

Began prometrium between week 4 & 5 and levels are up.  We have a u/s in two weeks to see if everything is ok.  You might try the 2nd & 3rd tri boards, a lot of ladies over there have been on it in their 1st tri and are due soon.

At 4.5 weeks, my progesterone was 9.2.  9 is considered minimum to sustain pregnancy.

I am on progesterone and am 12 weeks along.  This is my first time on it but it seems I should have been on it sooner due to m/c's and secondary infertility related to a thyroid condition (which can sometimes impact progesterone).

I've been on it since 3 days after my IUI, and I'm 7 wks 3 days!

This was the first month they gave me prometrium - we also did FSH injects with an IUI. We tried 4 months of IUIs with my OB (2 with Clomid, 2 unmedicated), and then switched to the RE - and got our + the first month!
