IUD and multiples

does anyone have experience with being on BC (IUD) and getting pregnant with multiples after having it removed?

    I was on birth control but not the IUD (i was on the pill). Within 2 months of being off the pill, I got pregnant with my boys.

    I had the Mirena IUD for a little over three years, had it removed in March and conceived our twins in July (our first month trying).  I don't know if the Mirena had anything to do with it or not.

    I had my Mirena removed in April and was pregnant in October. Fraternal twins. :)
