Remember that treadle DH gifted me for our anniversary?
I repainted the irons, oiled the irons, oiled & cleanned the wood, tightened a few screws, and repaired some veneer.

During:
After:
(It came with a red Eye class 66, but since it's ripped apart and being repaired, I put my harder to find Class 66 Lotus in it instead)
Re: Another AW, Because I Can
You know, keep your eye on CL. Lots of sewing machines pop up on there, for $30 or less. I scored the treadle at a local antique mall for $75. It was just a matter of asking if they would take less than the $95 price tag they had on it.
Nice job Jenni! Its gorgeous!
Now to show the non-sewing side of me.....is it just a regular sewing machine? Can you use it or is it just for pretty?
It's fully usable, once I put a new leather belt to run from the treadle wheel to the machine. No electricity required!
