Saggy Tummy Help

I got back to my pre-baby weight pretty quickly but my stomach is nothing like it was before.  I realized this would be the case but nothing I'm doing seems to help.  I have a pooch of saggy skin down below my belly button and it's driving me crazy.  Anyone have any suggestions for tightening it up?  THe ab routine I used to get ready for my wedding doesn't seem to work for my new body...

  • My saggy skin look never completely went away.... but I got my stomach in great shape by running to burn off fat and by doing a lot of pilates.... traditional ab work-outs have never given me results.... just keep it up...

  • Thanks!  I just tried pilates for the first time a couple of days ago and really enjoyed it so I'll keep doing that.

  • Yoga helps, and the elliptical machine is really helping to tighten mine up also use some firming lotion with CoQ10 in it. Rub it on your belly daily it does help.
