Love my Best Bottoms, they have a lot of pros! They are very trim on baby and under clothing; they are easy to fit & transport in diaper bag; the shells are wipeable and reusable if not soiled; and they function as they should (I have not experience one leak or blowout - everything is contained) makes me feel at ease when she is wearing one.
I only have snap shells, so no experience with their H&L, but we get a great fit with the snaps. They are one-size shells and will grow with baby. You can also get stay-dry inserts and/or natural fiber inserts. Given all these pros they are a relatively affordable system.
I used gdiapers and flips. I'm going to try to sell my 3 gdiapers. I don't care for them. I keep trying to make them work, but we have blowouts every time. Some people rave about them, but they just don't work on my DS. I use my flips when we run out of pockets. The flips are trim and I have never had a leak, but it seems like I have to wash the cover every time he poops. He is still EBF so poo goes everywhere :-).
I have g-diapers and flips. I like the gdiapers and have never had a problem. the flips seem so big (we have the organic inserts and they are huge!) i like that gdiapers are so trim, and i like the velcro. we don't have blow outs or leaks, but I don't think LO is a big pooper or pee-er and we change her a lot because she hates being wet. we use prefolds as inserts.
We use best bottoms during the week at daycare, and her sitter doesn't have a problem with them. I use prefolds in the evening and on weekends (bc they were cheaper). I prefer the best bottoms, but I only have enough for the weekday. I will invest in some more once I get more money saved.

I've used both gdiapers and flips. I'm not a fan of the flips, but will use them when I have nothing else. I don't see that they are much different from a normal cover like a Thirsties or something, and the Thirsties fit DS way better and I think they are cuter. I know some people love the flip, but I don't understand what the big deal is with them. I do however like the flip cloth insert.
I use the gdiapers for daily use and so far, we love them. I think we're about to need to go up a size though because he's starting to leak a little bit onto the cover once in a while. We haven't had a problem with blowouts or anything - the liners really hold his massive poos in well. At the worst, he's gotten just a tad on the cotton cover, which is what it's there for. We use only the gcloth, never the disposables. Even in town, it's just easier to go full cloth. I like that they are very trim and look like little underwear! They also don't have to be very tight to still work good - the liner just has to be flush against the skin. Lately I've been going through about 3 or 4 covers a day since he's been leaking, but until recently, I would just rotate 2 covers all day, then throw them with the dirties at the end of the day. The only downside to the gdiapers is that you can't wipe out the cover if pee gets on it - the whole thing has to be washed. But, until recently,we haven't had a problem with that since the liner holds it all in.
At night we use BG or FB since I can stuff them with lots of extra inserts.

GL!
I tried GroVia, Best Bottoms and Flips.
Flips were my favorite because they had the highest rise, fit the trimmest and overall worked the best for us.
