My baby pees like an elephant, and we have had good luck overnight with Aristocrats and Babyology soakers and longies. The key, though, is to make sure your baby is also wearing a very absorbent diaper.
I agree with PP, a very absorbent diaper is key. I like to use Goodmamas with an added Artsy Fartsy Foo Foo hemp insert for nights. Works like a dream for us.
As for wool, I *love* love-love our Sustainablebabyish interlock. SBish offers such a fantastic fit and wonderful wetness protection.

Re: Wool: What and where to buy?
Ditto the absorbent diaper. I make most of my wool soakers out of old sweaters. For overnights, I sew an extra layer in the wet zone.
Although even back when DD was a super heavy wetter, even thinner wool covers held her well overnight. I don't think we've ever had a leak with wool.
