Looks like we are in the market for one since the one we got isn't going to work. I want to get something safe - but under $100 - - anyone know any deals out there?

    We have the Chicco Keyfit 30, and love it, but it's not under $100. I think it was around $150-160. But if you get a BRU 20% off, that would help. The Graco Snugride 32 is also a good choice. Or, if you are really on a budget, you can just go straight to a convertible. The Cosco Scenera gets good ratings and only costs around $45, but you would definitely want a snuzzler or some other kind of infant support if you use that from the start though.

    It's not under $100, but we just bought a Britax Roundabout.  It is (or was at least) on sale for $160 on Amazon and it fits beautifully in my tiny car.  With our Graco Snugride the passenger seat had to be all the way forward and with the Roundabout I can move it almost all the way back.
