We were in Disneyland last week so my eating habits weren't as good as usual. That said, I really didn't do too badly and we were walking pretty much all day every day for 3 days straight.
I didn't run a bit though, and my 5k is quickly approaching!
I have been horrible with planning meals, and have not been sticking to any sort of schedule for waking up/sleeping/chores/school... and haven't been the the gym at all!
Yes, I did walk around a lot when I was shopping and stuff like that, but it is not the same as a workout.
Not ttc yet, but I am on day 55 of my AF cycle so I am stressed that it isn't here (and I've been peeing on sticks quite a lot).I haven't been charting my temps so I really don't know where I stand. Just another thing to add to my list!
I think being off schedule and some of the stress I've had the past couple of months has really gotten to me and I need to get on track because I am not doing well at all. I need to try to get to bed at a reasonable time each night instead of 3-4am like I have been.
One GOOD thing I'm doing is starting to plan meals again, at least a general plan for most days of the week.
Goal for this week- go to the gym at least 2 times and get back on myfitnesspal (because it worked great when I did it).
I joined WW about a month ago and so far I have been losing but really slow. I need to be better about meal planning and not eating out. I have a 5k this weekend to kickstart my running again. I would love to run another marathon next year.
I did the Jillian 30 Day Shred DVD one day last week. It kicked my butt. Today I'm really starting my plan. I go the OB/GYN in a month for my annual and I'm going to talk to her then about TTC and I'd like to be lighter and more fit then.

Thank you! Congrats on your loss and beginning of PT, too! You've made wonderful steps in the right direction.
