"UTC" on S/A?

I am pretty sure it means "unable to count" but hoping I'm wrong....

I finally got DH's medical records from the clinic-of course no info on his surgery.  

I did get to see his S/A's information fully-and after our last post wash we had 0% motile.  And I am pretty sure 0% morph since it said "UTC".

I have a feeling we are moving on to Donor Sperm.  We'll find out more on Tuesday.

    yeah, i'm pretty sure that means unable to count, especially with the 0% morphology and motility.  so sorry to hear this.  hopefully you'll know more Tuesday to help your decisions.

    If this is true I am so sorry but I am sure you will come to terms with it because of the long journey you have been on and the love you have for one another, hang in there.
