Colgate Classica I vs II?

I've read BBargains and had planned on purchasing the Colgate Classica I. But, then I started looking around and people seem just as happy with the II.  I know the II is supposedly slightly less firm but I figured there has to be more reasons than that for people to choose it over the I.  Could you please share with me why you made your purchase choice?

I could be wrong about this, but I think the II can be flipped over and used as a toddler bed mattress.

I don't know about the I or II but have the III and it's great.  It has a very firm side for infants and a less firm side for toddlers.  We used ours for almost 3 years and it shows no signs of wear- we're very happy with it and will use it with our next child due in Dec.
