best carrier for plus-size?

my cousin is due within a month or so and i was thinking about looking for a used carrier for her. however, she is very plus-sized. (i don't know what size, but i would honestly say she's obese, not just plus-size)

a ssc with a waist extender? a long woven?

(just thought about this, a local WAHM makes great mei tais, maybe i could ask her to make one with extended straps?)

I'm a size 20 or 22.  I love my BabyHawk.  The regular length straps work, but if I were getting another, I might consider the extra-long straps.

The ergo wasn't comfortable.

I also have a very long woven wrap.  I think it is a 5.2 meter wrap.  It works great, I just am not very good at it yet.
