What do y'all think of June? Is it retro cool, like Henry and Ruby, or does it belong to someone with hard candies in her purse?
The name comes from my grandma who we both love and miss dearly. And DH and I are okay with a girl being born in June named June (he says he'll never forget when her birthday is lol).
Thanks
Re: June - granny chic or nursing home dweller?
I love Juniper too, but it's too hippie for DH lol

Great name!
I love the name, June! It's classic to me...and I suppose you could call it 'granny chic'.
One of my favorite blogger/namer named her youngest, Flora June, nn June. It works and I'd use it if I could.

I too am a fan, and the fact it is after your grandma is even more special.
I however do not like Juniper.
LOVE IT!!

PAL/PGAL Welcome
This...and Juniper is a little to "Hippie" for my tastes, too but it might work as a NN
PAL/PGAL Welcome
I love June, definitely better than Juniper.
For me it fits in with Ruth and Lois, which I also love.
