How long does the tenderness stick around after mastits?

I came down with the dreaded mastitis on Thursday and the fever's gone now, but that part of my boob is still super tender. ?I can't tell if it's still clogged or if it's just still inflamed from the infection.

I think I was sore for about 5 days.  I massaged it while feeding in case it was plugged, but I think it was just inflamation.

I agree. I just had it last Sunday and I think it was better by wed or thurs. Feel better!

I had it last 3-4 weeks once- developed a hard lump there that I had to get an u/s of! It can hang on a while!
