cold/sinus medications

Anyone know what cold & sinus medications are okay to use while breastfeeding? I feel like I have been hit by a truck!

    Not what you probably want to hear, but anything with a decongestant can affect your supply since it dries up everything, not just your nose. I use saline spray, a humidifier, tylenol, and throat lozenges to help with my symptoms. Not ideal, but I can't risk my supply tanking- I barely keep up as it is.
