I don't have to move after all...

I have been putting off making nursery decisions because the house we are currently living in was recently sold to an overseas investor.  I thought that we would have to move once our lease expires at the end of April.

 I just met with the property manager.   Apparently, they landlord bought this house as an investment property and has no intention of kicking out their tenants.  I am so incredibly relieved. We live in a really nice neighbourhood that we would never be able to afford otherwise.  

Now I'm faced with a different problem, We don't have enough space to dedicate the second bedroom into a complete nursery.  Is it possible to have a nursery/office?  Is anyone else running into space issues?
