Ummm, YES! 

I did NOT think that dress did anything for her, and the slicked back ponytail wasn't doing it for me either.  She's a pretty girl, but that dress was SOOOOOO very unflattering.  Those arm slits were the worst.

I'm not sure who styled her, but epic fail.
