How was your week, ladies?


I'll Start: This week went well. I've been eating 6 smaller meals every day and it really seems to help keep hunger pangs at bay and reduce cravings! I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, so I finally have an actual explanation when it comes to my weight gain, among other things. I'm both relieved and concerned. I'm on medication now so we'll see how that helps. I hope I begin to really feel better. We'll see what next week brings :) YOUR TURN!
