I must be crazy but I just signed up for my first 5k. I've been walking/jogging for a few weeks now and a few nights ago I was able to run a mile which really made me want to go ahead and continue running. Let the fun begin...

I bet you will do great!  When is the race?  Jogging for me is such a stress reliever.

Wonderful!  I love running to.  Having a goal makes it much easier to stick with it too.  Good luck!

I signed up for the Jingle Bell Run. Some of you have done that one before correct?
