Best time to get a 3D/4D ultrasound

Any ideas what week is best to go in?  Not for gender prediction, but for pictures.

They say around 30 weeks because the baby is bigger, but I got mine done at 25 weeks and got really great shots.

We went in at 27 weeks and got some really nice shots.  She had plump cheeks and still had plenty of room to move around.

my OB says anytime in the 7th month is best

My mom called (since she wants to get this for DH and myself as a gift) and the place near us said that the best time is between 24 and 26 weeks. However, that was what she said for twins. Not sure if the same goes for singletons.
