WDYT? Picure Day Outfit?

So, picture day at school is on Monday for Katie. Joe forgot to tell me about it. Now I am scrambling to get an outfit together for her and I have to order something since I don't have any nice clothes for Katie for fall yet. Just play clothes. So, what do you think of this outfit? I prefer to put her in blue to bring out the color of her eyes. Would this be cute?

They do traditional head shots and some full body shots. Think bent leg with crocked arm/fist resting on head. Make sense? Argh - I hate picture day. I've scoured all the website and HATE what is out there right now for girl clothes.

Although I'm not a huge fan of horizontal stripes, I like it.  It's casual enough, yet put together; plus, it's age appropriate.

It's so funny that you hate all the stuff out there for girls......I was at Target last week and was positively salivating over some of the girl stuff.  Seriously, God knew what he was doing by not giving me girls to bust our bank account with.  

But back to Katie -- go with it.  It's adorable.  And it's only one picture out of the umpteen million she will have by senior year

I like it. Katie looks cute in everything. I wonder if the background is blue too? Did it tell you on the form not to do certain colors?

I really think it is a cute outfit.  Katie will look adorable in that.  I feel your pain on the girl clothes.  The play clothes available are super cute, but I am not liking the nicer outfits so much this season.  I think you found a really cute one though!

I think it's very cute, and something you could get a lot of use out of.  The shirts could go with jeans/cords and the jean skirt could go with a variety of tops.  Good choice!

I wouldn't go out and spend money on new clothes for picture day.  The pictures don't generally turn out well, and our daycare does school photos twice a year.
