Am I crazy??

So we got a call from our landlord Monday and the tenant who lived in our house prior wants to move back. We want to move out...so it works right? Well she would love to move in ASAP (as in Nov 1) and we would be okay with that. We went and looked at houses yesterday and have an app in at one amazing 4 bed, historic home in this wonderful neighborhood downtown. There is also a cute 2 bedroom literally 2 monutes form my parents house and a 3 bedroom up the street from them owned by the same guy that we want to see. Here is the issue, if we can get everything together we could potentially be moving in 5 days!! What was I thinking???
