Saw a new Ob/GYN last night

My ob/gyn is retiring, he is not deliverying anymore and will be fully retiring with a year or so! So i had to find a new OB/GYN. I went to this new guy last night and OMG what an IDIOT!

He asked my history, told i had been pregnant 5 times with only two deliveries. That the first 3 were miscarriages and they believe because I was not on lovonex...blah blah blah. Than he told him that MTHFR factor II could not be the reason why I miscarried! Than I told him that I had IF treatment for all those pregnancy. He said he doesn't believe i am INFERTILE!!!! WTF because I get a monthly period so i have to OVULATE? AGAIN WTF? I told him I could assure him I do not ovulate on my own and that we MFI too! I did tell him that I had just gotten my period for the first time since mysurgery in August. He said (no joke) That i must of been pregnant but illness probably caused miscarriage because I do ovulate! WHAT THE HELL?? I told him no because they did a pregnancy test. So he said I will get your pregnant you don't need IVF if you want another baby!

Needless to say on to ANOTHER ob/gyn

Wow. If he gave you more rationale or research or something I'd be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it sounds like he's just ill-informed and even worse, suggesting the RE you likely saw for IF treatment was unknowledgeable. Hmm...

Wow....just wow! I would definetly find a new OB. He doesn't sound very knowledgable.

He also told that my RE had a class over this past week about IF and he said through saying that RE's are only out to make money! He called my RE a baby factory!
