That is hilarious...and true. Check out a can of black beans. Same deal I think a serving size is a cup.......I guess the outcome will be the same.

2 prunes are as good as a fart bar for me. A bunch of gas, and nothing else. I might try prune juice if I need some movement

My box of prunes said like 8 to a serving or something, so that is what I ate.  Worked well too.

My problem is I love prunes. I used to buy the single serving ones but figured I was paying more for just an illusion because I would still unwrap three/four in a sitting.

Now I've got a big bag and they taunt me with their delicious but dangerous powers.

Oh I love me some prunes!  I used to eat them as a snack with  my lunch when I was in college....big mistake.  I would have to take a major dump about 2 hours after eating them!  Mmmm, now I want some prunes.
