FAO Schwarz Baby Doll

DH went in to work early - by accident - had time to kill before his shift started so went to Toys R Us (which is near by) to look around for Christmas ideas. Sent me a pic and text about an FAO Schwarz babydoll for $65. Uh... what? He was serious.

Can someone tell me what's so great about a $65 baby doll? Wont a $10 variety serve just as good a purpose or am I missing something here.
