Gee Gram, thanks for the visit...

So today my Gram stopped by to visit DD & I on her way to Maine.  One of the 1st things she says to me is " wow you've gotten fatter!" She must have seen the look on my facve so she backtracked and said "well, a lot bigger..."   Yeah that's much better....thanks a lot!

    haha. My dad always says I'm getting fat.  It's funny to me if it comes from family. Coworkers, random strangers...NOT COOL.

    I laugh when MIL or someone from DH's family says it because I know they don't mean it the way it sounds. My gram does though and she KNOWS I grew up with major food issues. She constantly made comments about me when I was pregnant with DD and she now makes comments about DD being chubby.... it's just a sensitive subject around her.

    My mom (who is overweight) LOVES to make comments about my weight.   I have not seen her since I was about 4 weeks so I am sure next time I do she will say something.  She also makes comments on the phone about how I probably should watch what I eat!!! If she only knew that I am completely wacked out over what I can/ can't/should/shouldn't/want to/don't want to eat!
