I know this sounds crazy, but I would like to gain a bit of weight. I was slim before I got pregnant and now I'm ten pounds less than my pre-preg weight (thanks to breastfeeding!) and sitting close to a BMI of 18... I look gaunt and need to add some muscle mass so my jeans fit again!
However, I'm not going to go to a gym - there is nothing close to my house and I'm not really able to go at lunch-time. I take weekly yoga classes and walk the dog and occasionally go hiking. I have been doing squats and lunges around the house (my dog thinks it's hilarious!) and the occasional yoga dvd in the evening (great for my sore back after a day at the computer).
So, I'm looking for an effective fitness program that I can do easily (and cheaply) from home. Any tips about squeezing in a few minutes a day to get some muscle back?
