So I had a glass of wine this weekend.

And by glass I mean shot glass. I was at my mom's and they were all sipping wine while the kid's carved pumpkins and had their fall party. I told her I'd been craving it and my OB said a glass was fine. She was still skeptical so she poured me a shot glass. Bahaha. Those three sips were glorious.

I had 2 glasses of wine on wedding day (I was 7 1/2 months along with DD).  Those were also 2 glorious glasses of wine.

Im not a wine drinker...stick mostly to beer...and since I havent done the best job of letting go of soda I decided that staying away from alcohol even though it is allowed would be the best.  That doesnt mean that Im not tempted to just stick me tongue in a glass of beer just for the taste!

All I wanted yesterday was a glass of wine...but I didn't think it would be a good idea since I can't keep anything else down right now. :-( I figured I would have a hard time explaining that to the dr if she asked me what I ate/drank when we were already worried about me getting dehydrated.

I LOVE Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Since it is only here for a month I made Mr. order it when we went out last weekend. I swear I held that sip in my mouth for ten minutes. I just didn't want it to be over.

I had a quarter of a glass of champagne at a wedding a couple weeks ago. It was like sweet nectar (and I don't even typically love champagne). I will probably have a splash of wine around the holidays, too!

Agreed!! I went to a cookout Friday night and my girlfriends were all drinking Moscato ( I started drinking it and got them all hooked and I kind of wanted to punch one of them in the face and steal their glass and then proceed to guzzle it. It looked amazing!!!

Damn, now that's all I can think about!

My house was broken into on Friday (during the day when we were at work) and you better believe I had some wine. I was freaking out and needed to relax. I had half a glass and it was amazing and actually, I felt much better afterwards.

I had a two glasses of wine this weekend. A Rothschild (red) with lamb on Saturday and a Kim Crawford (white) with a prime rib roast last night. I pretty sure they were amazing and it wasn't just the pregnancy wine deprivation talking. Nummy nummy num.

We went to a brewery/restaurant this weekend and they gave us tasters of the beers. There were like 3 that I was curious about. I drank those. DH looked at me the whole time like Rylie was going to come out at any second. Once he realized that it amounted to probably 3 whole shot glasses of beer he chilled out.

I had a few sips of wine this weekend at a birthday party held at a winery. My future BIL & SIL brought me out a glass and I just sipped on it then my FSIL didn;t notice what she was doing and drank the rest of my glass! Grrr, oh well, at least I got some!

I have 2 unopened bottles in my refrigerator and 1 in a small wine rack in my kitchen that stare at me and taunt me everytime I am near them.

We had to taste two different wines at work (I'm a fine dining server one day a week) and they pour about one ounce per taste so it was perfect. I didn't feel guilty at all, and the wine rep was even quoting the new study saying that two glasses a week is okay:). Mmmmmm:).

I had a splash of DH's wine on Friday- I could have knocked him over and run away with the bottle. It was YUM!

When I was pregnant with DD I would always have dreams of sneaking out to my car and doing things I wasn't supposed to do (drink a bottle of wine, smoke a pack of cigarettes, eat 12 Big Macs, etc) It was totally the temptation part of my brain driving me nuts, even in my sleep.

I had a glass of wine at a wedding a few weeks ago. It was fantastic, but I miss the 'halfway into the third glass' wine buzz. I plan on having a glass for the holidays too, I keep telling myself major holidays only, I'm not Jewish, so I can celebrate those   I also have a reoccurring dream that I'm smoking a cigarette, I kinda miss smoking, but this 9 months of no smoking is a great time to quit altogether. I just have to remember that the first time I go to a bar after baby is born!
