Advice please

I am 6w pregnant and would like to "start" working out a little. I have a pretty hectic work schedule meaning that I feel like I have run a marathon by days end. I'm eating as healthy as possible right now which is also a help. Wondering what sorts of activities any of you rec. that are low/no cost. Thanks :)

  • Walking. My workplace encourages activity during that day and we have a path around our building. I try to get out for a walk twice a day for about 10 minutes each. It isn't much, but I always feel better after some fresh air and moving around.
  • Workout videos! They can be done at home at any time of the day. Also, exercise tv on demand is great if you have it because it's free and you can choose your workout from cardio to strength to yoga and they range from 5 -45 minutes long. Anything is better than nothing and you will be glad you worked out during your pregnancy.
