I am normally ( I think) pretty fashionable but I'm stumped.  I bought a pair of black skinny cargo capris from Old Navy.  They have a couple of gold zipper details on them too.  What kind of top can I wear with them?  I love the pants and they're super comfy but I never know what to wear with them. I have worn a plain white tee but I feel like it's so boring

I'd wear a grey or white long-sleeved tee with the bat-wing arms.  I don't know how else to explain them-do you know what I'm talking about?  I got two at Gap a couple weeks ago.  The cargo pants sound cute!
