If your LO is like mine and needs to be in bed at bedtime not to turn into a holy terror how are you going to adjust them? I don't really want bed to be at 6:30 now, but keeping him up an extra hour is a really bad idea. Any ideas?
They'll adjust on their own because you adjust your activities for when the time changes. So Casey goes to bed at 6:30pm, the night before we turn the clocks back I'll probably keep her up a tiny bit later, like 6:45-7pm. Then on that sunday when she wants to go to bed at 5:30pm, I'll probably keep her up til 5:45-6pm. The next day she'll adjust on her own.
