NTR: Has anyone has sharp ovarian pain?

I am pretty sure its my ovary anyway. Its like a sharp shooting pain on my right side just to the left of my pelvic bone. It just happened all of a sudden tonight out of the blue. DS and I were making banana bread and I had to stop what I was doing and go lay down. It stopped after a few minutes and I seem fine now.

I was just wondering if anyone else had something similar and do you know what caused it? I had something like this earlier this year and went to the OB and she did an u/s and found nothing. The difference though is this time it was much more painful than last time, like doubled over barely made it to the couch pain. I googled and all I could find was it could be caused by bursting cysts. Just wondering thanks.

It could be a cyst, but I doubt it burst on you if you feel ok now. I had an ovarian cyst burst when I was 19 and I had to go to the emergency room. I thought my appendix had burst and I had to be sedated in the waiting room because I was screaming from the pain.

I had some pain similar to that, and it turned out to be my appendix. I had to have surgery. It came on suddenly and would come in waves. To be extra sure I would see a dr. asap.
