childbirth classes

when should i take childbirth classes? if the babies are probably coming at the end of december, would it be cutting it too close to sign up for one the first week of december?

I say the earlier the better.  The last few weeks you may be really uncomfortable and tired and you never know if your going to go earlier than expected.

I was due on 12/31 and  took my classes at the end of October/beginning of November.  I delivered on 12/17
