Ones that aren't footed. DS feet are so huge that they can't fit into footed Jams. They fit fine all through the body and then just stop when we try to put his giant paws in. I hope he's tall so he doesn't get made fun of
Check Zellers. They have a brand they carry there that has footless jammies with roll over feet. I wish I could remember the brand right now. S had a pair for spring but maybe they carry winter ones.

Carters has two piece fleece ones and ones with flannel pants (but the tops are just cotton, I think). I saw some two piece fleece at Costco too, but that was a while ago. Superstore had flannel ones, but I think they started at size 2 (I'm not 100% on that, but I remember seeing something when I went a couple of weeks ago).
I'd check Sears too. Not sure what size your DS is wearing but I usually buy my niece pj's every year for Christmas from Costco. They always have flannel two piece sets starting at size 2. I would think they would be in by now.
Re: Where can I find fleece or flannel PJs?
Thanks, I'll look!
Carters calls them "jumpsuits"

Bonnie Togs has some fleecy type PJs for winter. The bigger sizes don't have the feet.
Walmart is good for PJs too, as is Zellers.
